the boxes and even how to fill the storage space for easy access and unloading.

addition to the storage spaces in our well lighted, well maintained facility, we
are also proud to offer spaces in the Fossil Creek Business Park, the
only one of its kind in Paris and the surrounding area.
Leasing
a suite in our Business Park can be a smart and cost effective solution for the
small, independent businessman or woman who wants to manage his or her business
away from home or upgrade to a larger office.
Outdoor
Units
Our
outside mini-storage units are all ground level.
The aisles between units are spacious and well lighted, and all driving
surfaces are concrete. The

Control
Fossil
Creek offers a multi space-size climate controlled facility that is secured by
coded access and tenant -operated lighting for optimal security and confidence.
The
temperature is regulated between 68 and 78 degrees, which keeps the humidity
relatively constant. Storing items
in a climate controlled environment is like having them in your
home.
We
recommend that you store the following items in climate control:
Business
Park
The
Fossil Creek Business Park contains 6 suites, each consisting of
an office and warehouse.
Three of the units are 1200 square feet, with a 15 x 20 office and 900
square foot warehouse, and three are 1600 square feet, with 20 x 20 offices and
1200 square foot warehouses. 
Each
office has independent controlled heat and air conditioning and is high speed
wireless internet ready. Each
warehouse has a heater, a bathroom and a mop sink with a 40 gallon hot water
heater. The warehouses have 10 foot
overhead doors and wide driveways that make deliveries and load transfers easy.
The Business Park is accessible directly from the highway and can
accommodate even semi truck traffic.

offer special advertising services to our Business Park Occupants, including
free e-mail services and links on our website.
Road front advertising can also be arranged.
Services
Packing
and Storing Hints
1.
CANNOT
store anything combustible such as paint or thinner, solvents, gasoline, propane
or oxygen tanks, fertilizer or explosives; anything
perishable; illicit substances or ANY items that violate zoning, fire or
criminal codes.
2.
Fill
boxes completely to prevent tipping or crushing.
Pack lighter items in larger boxes.
If there are going to be articles of different sizes and weights in the
same box, pack the heavier items first.
3.
Label
boxes and totes on all sides. Seal
cardboard boxes with strong, wide cellophane tape (not paper or duct tape).
4.
When
packing breakable items, cushion the inner top, bottom and sides with a few
inches of crumpled paper or styrofoam and label “FRAGILE”.
5.
Apply
furniture polish to wood and a light oil to metal (such as bicycles) before
storing. Cover with sheets or other
fabric (rather than plastic, which can cause mildew).
6.
Cover
stuffed furniture with sheets or blankets to protect against dust.
7.
Use
larger appliances and furniture drawers to wrap and store smaller items.
Use bath and kitchen towels and other linens and fabric as wrapping.
8.
Plan
ahead by putting frequently used items toward the front of the unit. Allow for
walkways through the space.
9.
Make
an inventory of your stored items and keep it at home or in a safe deposit box.
Videotape can be helpful. Keep
sales receipts, owners’ manuals, warranties and other related documents at a
different site than the storage unit.
